First double check the URL for typos, because doh!
Another possibility is that the image hasn’t been deployed yet. The first deployment takes a few seconds to complete. Check your deployment status:
cctrlapp APP_NAME/DEP_NAME log deploy [Fri Nov 01 09:46:12 2013] lxc-636 INFO Deploying ... [Fri Nov 01 09:46:33 2013] lxc-654 INFO Deployed version: [git version hash] [Fri Nov 01 09:46:39 2013] ngx-37 INFO Routing requests to new version
Wait until the output looks like the example above and reload the page. If no messages appear, please make sure you both pushed and deployed.
If you use an alias, verify its status with the alias command:
cctrlapp APP_NAME/DEP_NAME alias
If the status is 0, make sure you set the TXT record according to the alias documentation.
